Purchases inside our apps are handled entirely by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them rather than through us. We never see your payment details and cannot reverse a charge on your behalf. Apple's route is Report a Problem in your purchase history, and Google's is the order history in Google Play. If a store turns you down and you believe it was our fault, write to us anyway and we will see what we can do.
This is a small company, so support is answered by a human between other work. Expect a reply within a few days rather than within the hour. If something is badly broken for a lot of people, the fix and a note about it will usually reach the product's own site before we finish answering every email.
